    Batch nesting is a different conversation from a single studio joint: neighbor spacing, recoater clearance, and powder removal between parts dominate the RFQ.

    • Minimum gap between joints for powder escape
    • Shared support strategy that does not weld neighbors together
    • Which parts are first articles versus production nests
