Design intent
Aluminum-class robot thigh shell blank with integrated lattice and fastening holes — for discussing shell/lattice consolidation and which faces need finish; not a certified robot SKU.
- Call which faces are datums versus cosmetic
- Keep powder-escape paths open on lattice or thinwall features
- State preferred alloy family on the RFQ
Manufacturing notes
Orient so internal cavities stay flushable after support removal. Mark any sealing, bearing, or flange faces that must be secondary-finished.

- Preferred alloy family
- Envelope and critical flatness or bore positions
- Any coating keep-out zones (state them; we do not invent certifications)
