Why consolidate the mount
An antenna bracket often starts as several machined pieces. A single metal AM body can carry ribs and a hub in one piece, then CNC only the mating face.
Drawing tips
- Define the antenna plane as a primary datum
- Separate cosmetic surfaces from sealed or bonded faces
- Note any RF keep-out if coatings are restricted
